Job Duties
- Provide the highest level of safety and service to all flights
- anticipate and pro-actively take corrective steps to prevent potential deviations from impacting a flight
- identify and suggest process improvements and efficiencies
- create operational flight plans using safe and economical routes
- timely file and maintain valid ATC flight plans in ATS systems
- request, revise and obtain necessary permissions for overflights and airport operations
- assess weather conditions with emphasis on flight hazards
- provide advisory services to support sales and charter needs
- confirm arrangement of ground assistance services
- maintain communication with flight crews on ground or airborne
- ensure Flight Management System is updated accurately
- document events and deviations in FMS
- maintain daily paperwork as per FAA and company policies
- negotiate unscheduled events for service security
- work effectively with internal and external customers
- respond proactively to customer needs
- promote fair and respectful treatment
- analyze information to ensure adherence to regulations and company rules
- ensure cost-effective daily operations safeguarding safety and service quality
