Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to read and write English
- clear communication skills on radio and telephone
- ability to record and report information accurately
- ability to utilize assigned equipment efficiently
- multitasking ability
- good typing skills
- basic computer application knowledge
- possession of FAA Aircraft Dispatcher License required for external applicants
- willingness to complete FAA Dispatcher training if not licensed
Job Qualifications

- ability to record, transmit, and report information accurately
- efficient utilization of assigned equipment
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- good typing skills with speed and accuracy
- understanding of basic computer applications
- aircraft dispatch experience Part 121 or Part 135 preferred
- foreign language skills preferred
- ForeFlight application experience preferred
Job Duties
- Plan safe, legal, and timely flight legs
- consider all legal requirements such as duty and flight time limitations
- verify fuel payment options to maximize profitability
- monitor weather conditions en route and at planned stops
- reserve and brief flight crew on logistical requirements
- secure overflight and operating permissions
- supply customs documents and coordinate customs activities
- check trip manifests against TSA eSecure information
- build trip flight packets and review flight details
- check performance for arrivals and departures under high altitude and temperature constraints
- maintain and renew operating permits
- process and ensure compliance with TSA vetting requirements
- research international locations as needed
