- must be 16 years of age or older
- able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- able to engage positively with large groups
- capable of standing and moving for long durations
- able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds

- must be 18 or older for team leader positions
- comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- previous experience in customer-facing roles preferred but not required
- customer service or sales experience is a bonus
- able to stand and move around for extended periods
- able to lift at least 20 pounds
Job Duties
- monitor trampoline courts to ensure safety compliance
- prepare and serve food and beverages in the café
- host and manage birthday parties and special events
- assist with front desk duties including membership sales and customer inquiries
- lead and motivate team members
- maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the park
- ensure a positive and friendly atmosphere for guests
