Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, relevant corporate aviation work or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience coordinating international corporate aircraft operations
- 5 years of experience using Conditioned Taste Aversion (CTA) Flight Operations Software (FOS) or an aviation scheduling software equivalent

Job Duties
- Build excellent relationships and educate Googlers about the aviation program capabilities to balance the needs of our users with the solutions that aviation can provide
- Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor travel for our executive team in a dynamic global environment
- Leverage expertise in aviation subject matter to support and solve problems for the team and users of the aviation program
- Own and manage multiple projects and programs of varying size and scope, with high complexity, that deliver significant impacts to the team and our users
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and outside partners while managing their performance and associated budgets
