- at least 1 year of experience in charter operations or hold an FAA dispatcher license

Job Duties
- monitor the status of all planned flights and flights in progress from point of origin to final destination
- ensure all ground handling, deicing, fuel, landing/departure slots, and landing/overfly permits are in order before releasing a flight
- identify, anticipate, and take corrective action to minimize delays due to scheduling, crew legality, and maintenance
- become proficient with ARINCDirect Flight Operations System (FOS)
- confirm handling for aircraft at airports as scheduled
- complete and send trip sheets to crew
- complete flight releases
- monitor flight crew duty limitations and rest requirements
- arrange hotel rooms and rental cars for crew members
- manage high volume of continual email traffic while responding timely and professionally
- perform other duties as assigned
