Job Requirements

  • at least 1 year of experience in charter operations or hold an FAA dispatcher license

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • monitor the status of all planned flights and flights in progress from point of origin to final destination
  • ensure all ground handling, deicing, fuel, landing/departure slots, and landing/overfly permits are in order before releasing a flight
  • identify, anticipate, and take corrective action to minimize delays due to scheduling, crew legality, and maintenance
  • become proficient with ARINCDirect Flight Operations System (FOS)
  • confirm handling for aircraft at airports as scheduled
  • complete and send trip sheets to crew
  • complete flight releases
  • monitor flight crew duty limitations and rest requirements
  • arrange hotel rooms and rental cars for crew members
  • manage high volume of continual email traffic while responding timely and professionally
  • perform other duties as assigned
