Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in charter operations or hold an FAA dispatcher license
- Must have ability to work a flexible schedule, this includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize and be proactive
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Ability to plan and prioritize workload and have excellent multi-tasking abilities
- Quality decision making skills
- Self-motivated and self-starter, proactive in learning and career development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of attention to detail
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Teamwork and collaboration skills with a willingness to support the team to success
- Time management - meeting deadlines, managing workloads, ability to prioritize effectively

Job Duties
- Monitor the status of all planned flights and flights in progress from the point of origin to final destination
- Ensure all ground handling, deicing, fuel, landing/departure slots, and landing/overfly permits are in order before releasing a flight
- Identify, anticipate, and take corrective action to minimize actual/potential delays due to scheduling operations, crew legality, and maintenance issues
- Become proficient with ARINCDirect Flight Operations System (FOS)
- Confirm handling for aircraft at airports as scheduled
- Complete and send trip sheets to crew
- Complete flight releases
- Monitor flight crew duty limitations and rest requirements
- Arrange hotel rooms and rental cars for crew members
- Manage a high volume of continual email traffic while responding in a timely and professional manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
