Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Complete airport security clearance including TSA and U.S. Customs requirements
- Minimum of 2 years related work experience
- Ability to work majority of the day in cooler/refrigerated conditions
- Excellent planning and coordination skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate with experience in MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with leadership capability
- Able to work long hours on foot
- Flexible to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Must successfully complete mandatory airport security clearance process for assigned location including TSA and U.S. Customs requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Minimum of 2 years related work experience preferably in customer service
- Ability to work approximately 50% - 70% of the workday inside a cooler or refrigerated environment
- Excellent planning and coordination skills
- Outstanding communication skills with a hands-on approach
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office preferred
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and with a diversified clientele
- Capacity to work well within a team and demonstrate leadership skills
- Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures
- Flexibility to work different shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
Job Duties
- Maintain professional communication with different channels and distribute all incoming operational information to the relevant departments
- Ensure production processes, quality standards, deadlines, and accuracy are met to hand over DO & CO’s high-end products to the aircraft crew in person without delays
- Ensure products and trolleys always meet the utmost quality standards and the delivery is done according to the customer’s instructions
- Conduct physical counts and pack additional equipment or products
- Identify procedures that can be improved and put forward suggestions for more efficiency and customer care
- Confirm special meals and the correct number of meals for each flight are ready, packed, and assigned correctly
- Work alongside a team of Food Packers with a hands-on approach and assist in assembly line when necessary, setting up trays, preparing and packaging food inside a cooler/refrigerated area
- Drive the company vehicle airside into the terminal to meet the DO & CO delivery truck and personally hand over catering meals, act as the company’s representative during delivery, verify completeness at handover, address and accommodate reasonable requests as needed, and ensure a professional and compliant transfer to the aircraft crew
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management, upholding DO & CO standards
