Job Requirements

  • Works assigned schedule which may vary and could include weekends and holidays

  • completes paperwork and related administrative duties

  • excellent attention to detail
  • ability to multi-task
  • able to interact with customers professionally
  • must be 21 years of age
  • able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment, and supplies up to fifty pounds frequently
  • regularly stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours
  • able to work at heights up to 25 feet or more
  • exposed to extreme temperature changes and noise

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • up to one-year experience preferred
  • current U.S. driver’s license
  • must be able to read and write to complete required forms
  • communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers

Job Duties

  • Ensures assigned flights are reviewed with the customers’ onboard service crew
  • may check flight inside the unit for the flight being reviewed
  • handles calls, keeps logs, communicates problems and delays, and handles relevant paperwork
  • clearly communicates with onboard service staff flight components, passenger counts, special meals, crew meals
  • completes paperwork and related administrative duties
  • arrives to work on time
  • interacts with customers in a professional manner
