Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in a part 91 or 135 flight coordination role
  • strong knowledge of FAA part 135 regulations
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • high attention to detail and organization
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call
  • proactive problem-solving skills
  • passion for aviation and customer service

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a Part 91 or 135 flight coordination role
  • strong knowledge of FAA Part 135 regulations
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills - articulate, professional, and client-facing
  • high attention to detail, organized, and responsive

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and monitor flights in accordance with Part 135 regulations
  • balance crew workloads and ensure duty time compliance
  • manage pilot schedules, ensure currency and compliance
  • arrange crew accommodations and travel logistics
  • provide exceptional customer service to aircraft owners and clients
  • confirm trip details and support passenger needs
  • plan trip logistics including fuel, hangars, catering, crew meals
  • evaluate airport conditions, curfews, and facilities
  • flight follow all part 91/135 flights
  • ensure adherence to FAA Part 135 and all applicable regulations
  • serve as the central hub between clients, crew, vendors, and authorities
