Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving record
  • Ability to work in extreme heat and/or cold environment
  • Ability to walk, stoop, bend, and stand for entire work shift
  • Must be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must successfully complete on-the-job driver training program and obtain a SIDA and Customs Seal
  • Must be in current position for 60 days
  • Good attendance record
  • Must have ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure
  • Must be a team player
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to use fingers and hands to handle equipment
  • Knowledge of safety standards and guidelines
  • Must possess interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow all Ramp Safety, AOA Safety and Security Rules and Regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to interpret and comprehend menu and flight galley specifications
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • High level of professionalism
  • Ability to follow safety standards and guidelines including Ramp Safety, AOA Safety, and Security Rules and Regulations
  • Good organizational skills and adaptability to frequent changes
  • Valid driver's license with safe driving record

Job Duties

  • Monitor and manage flight schedules to ensure timely catering delivery
  • Communicate real-time updates on gate changes, delays, and cancellations to drivers and internal teams
  • Act as the primary contact for airline partners, providing accurate and timely information
  • Coordinate with ramp personnel to resolve last-minute issues quickly
  • Track and update flight details, including gate assignments and routing changes
  • Prepare and submit reports for airline customers
  • Manage airline equipment inventory and handle ordering as needed
  • Complete customs paperwork and ensure compliance with all regulations
  • Use ACE and other airline systems to process and track flight information
  • Perform administrative tasks and assist with other duties as assigned
