Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree
  • At least two years aviation-related experience or travel agency experience
  • Basic understanding of aircraft performance and runway analysis
  • Proficient with personal computers including spreadsheets and electronic communication
  • Knowledge of complex computer software related to flight dispatching and logistic support
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of business applications
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
  • Firm understanding and ownership of industry best practices including IS-BAO
  • Basic understanding of UAS scheduling operations

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Bookkeeping and or accounting experience preferred
  • FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate preferred
  • Private Pilot License preferred

Job Duties

  • Work closely with support teams to receive requests for aircraft services and enter them into the flight scheduling system
  • Consistently collaborate with flight department team members to ensure operational consistency and enhanced customer service
  • Assist with arranging catering, ground transportation, aircraft services and lodging for crew and passengers as necessary
  • Maintain department records including flight, maintenance, financial, and personnel records
  • Prepare and retain trip packets for passengers and crew
  • Provide accounting services such as SIFL reporting, auditing, and submitting invoices for payment
  • Coordinate chartered aircraft services when necessary
  • Schedule flights to ensure flight crews comply with company flight and duty time limitations
  • Maintain a flight following system to ensure aircraft safety
  • Coordinate flight and maintenance schedules with maintenance personnel
  • Maintain detailed department financial records and generate inter-company invoices
  • Maintain safety culture through open communication and engagement
