Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years related work experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in refrigerated environment for at least 70% of the workday
  • Strong planning and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • English fluency
  • Ability to obtain PANYNJ ID according to TSA regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license required
  • Required to fulfill criteria and acquire a PANYNJ ID (Port Authority NY/NJ) as per United States Customs and TSA regulations (49 CFR §1542.209)
  • Minimum of 2 years related work experience, preferably in customer service
  • Ability to work a minimum of 70% of the workday in cooler or refrigerated environment
  • Strong planning and coordination skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in computer applications and systems
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong teamwork capabilities with leadership potential
  • Fluent in English (read, write, and communicate)
  • Flexible schedule availability for evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Maintain professional communication with different channels and distribute all incoming operational information to relevant departments
  • Ensure production processes, quality standards, deadlines, and accuracy are met to hand over DO & CO's high-end products to aircraft crew without delays
  • Ensure products and trolleys meet the utmost quality standards and delivery is conducted per customer instructions
  • Conduct physical counts and pack additional equipment or products
  • Identify procedures for improvement and propose suggestions for efficiency and customer care
  • Confirm special meals and correct number of meals for each flight are ready, packed, and assigned correctly
  • Work alongside a team of Food Packers with a hands-on approach and assist in assembly line when necessary, setting up trays, preparing and packaging food inside cooler/refrigerated area
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management, upholding DO & CO standards
