Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
- Interested in aviation and dispatch certificate
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Must be a positive and self-motivated individual
Job Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program working towards a Bachelor’s Degree
- Clear professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and internet research
- Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, positive, personable and ability to develop relationships
- Task-oriented, organized and conscientious
Job Duties
- Manage and complete department assigned projects in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate directly with a department mentor
- set goals and monitor progress
- Develop an understanding of the EJM operations, approach, methodology and tools
- Flight following
- Ordering and confirming crew food
- Crew communication
- Passport letters
- Morning meeting assistance
- Shadowing Flight Support Specialists
