Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Interested in aviation and dispatch certificate
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Must be a positive and self-motivated individual

Job Qualifications

  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program working towards a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Clear professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and internet research
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, positive, personable and ability to develop relationships
  • Task-oriented, organized and conscientious

Job Duties

  • Manage and complete department assigned projects in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborate directly with a department mentor
  • set goals and monitor progress
  • Develop an understanding of the EJM operations, approach, methodology and tools
  • Flight following
  • Ordering and confirming crew food
  • Crew communication
  • Passport letters
  • Morning meeting assistance
  • Shadowing Flight Support Specialists
