Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to pass FAA safety and security checks
  • physical ability to perform safety tasks on aircraft
  • excellent communication skills

  • willingness to relocate for training in Orlando, FL

Job Duties

  • greet customers by name and provide excellent customer service
  • ensure passenger safety by following all FAA regulations and safety procedures
  • assist passengers with boarding, deplaning, and any special needs
  • manage challenging situations with compassion and professionalism
  • collaborate with inflight and flight deck crew to ensure smooth flight operations
  • perform service recovery to resolve customer issues promptly
  • participate in mandatory training and maintain certification
