Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • No prior flying experience required
  • Must be able to complete six-week paid training at JetBlue University
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Pass FAA medical certification and background checks
  • Willingness to relocate for training if necessary

Job Duties

  • Provide passenger assistance with a human touch
  • Greet customers by name and manage challenging situations with compassion
  • Perform service recovery on the spot to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work flexible shifts including day, night, and multi-day trips
  • Collaborate closely with inflight and flight deck crew to ensure safe and on-time flights
  • Follow all FAA-mandated safety procedures and emergency response protocols
  • Maintain a positive attitude and adaptability in a 24/7/365 operational environment
