Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- no previous flight experience required
- must complete 6-week paid training program
- flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
- good physical health and ability to perform safety procedures
- availability to relocate for training in Orlando, FL

- ability to deliver excellent customer service
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- capacity to handle challenging situations calmly and compassionately
- willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to pass FAA mandated safety training
- fluent in English
Job Duties
- greet passengers by name and provide outstanding customer service
- ensure compliance with FAA safety regulations and prepare for emergency situations
- assist passengers with special needs and manage challenging in-flight situations with compassion
- collaborate with fellow crewmembers and flight deck crew to maintain safety and schedules
- perform on-the-spot service recovery to resolve customer issues
- conduct safety demonstrations and verify safety equipment
- manage boarding and deplaning processes efficiently
