Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- No previous flight experience required
- Ability to pass background and security checks
- Physically able to perform duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Availability to attend six-week paid training in Orlando, FL
- Customer-focused mindset with compassion and patience

Job Duties
- Greet passengers by name and provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure safety procedures and regulatory requirements are followed
- Assist passengers with needs and special requests
- Manage challenging situations with compassion and professionalism
- Collaborate with inflight and flight deck crew to ensure smooth flight operations
- Perform service recovery promptly to enhance passenger satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
