Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • No previous flight experience required
  • Ability to pass background and security checks
  • Physically able to perform duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Availability to attend six-week paid training in Orlando, FL
  • Customer-focused mindset with compassion and patience

  • Collaborate with inflight and flight deck crew to ensure smooth flight operations
  • Perform service recovery promptly to enhance passenger satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
