Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to pass FAA mandated safety and emergency training
- legal authorization to work in the united states
- strong communication skills
- physical ability to perform inflight duties such as assisting passengers and managing emergencies
- positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- customer service experience preferred but not required
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
- ability to complete and pass FAA-required training program
Job Duties
- greet customers by name and provide assistance with care and professionalism
- manage challenging situations with compassion and effective service recovery
- collaborate closely with inflight and flight deck crew to ensure safety and on-time performance
- deliver JetBlue’s unique customer service experience throughout the flight
- participate actively in all safety and emergency procedures
- maintain flexibility with varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- adhere to all FAA regulations and company policies during operations
