Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to pass FAA mandated safety and emergency training
  • legal authorization to work in the united states
  • strong communication skills
  • physical ability to perform inflight duties such as assisting passengers and managing emergencies
  • positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • customer service experience preferred but not required
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
  • ability to complete and pass FAA-required training program

Job Duties

  • greet customers by name and provide assistance with care and professionalism
  • manage challenging situations with compassion and effective service recovery
  • collaborate closely with inflight and flight deck crew to ensure safety and on-time performance
  • deliver JetBlue’s unique customer service experience throughout the flight
  • participate actively in all safety and emergency procedures
  • maintain flexibility with varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • adhere to all FAA regulations and company policies during operations
