Job Requirements

  • No prior flying experience necessary
  • Must be able to complete 6-week paid training program
  • Availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid passport or ability to travel internationally
  • Ability to pass FAA mandated regulatory requirements
  • Eligible to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Ensure passenger safety at all times
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a compassionate approach
  • Greet customers by name and provide personalized assistance
  • Manage challenging situations and resolve customer issues onboard
  • Collaborate closely with Inflight and Flight Deck crew to maintain smooth operations
  • Perform service recovery measures to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintain compliance with FAA safety regulations and company policies
