Job Requirements
- No prior flying experience necessary
- Must be able to complete 6-week paid training program
- Availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid passport or ability to travel internationally
- Ability to pass FAA mandated regulatory requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Ensure passenger safety at all times
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a compassionate approach
- Greet customers by name and provide personalized assistance
- Manage challenging situations and resolve customer issues onboard
- Collaborate closely with Inflight and Flight Deck crew to maintain smooth operations
- Perform service recovery measures to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain compliance with FAA safety regulations and company policies
