Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior flight experience required
  • availability for flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
  • completion of 6-week paid training program
  • ability to pass FAA medical and background checks
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • commitment to safety and customer care

Job Qualifications

  • demonstrated customer service aptitude

Job Duties

  • ensure passenger safety at all times
  • deliver exceptional customer service with a personal touch
  • greet customers by name and assist with their needs
  • manage challenging situations with compassion and professionalism
  • perform service recovery to resolve customer issues on the spot
  • collaborate closely with inflight and flight deck team members to maintain smooth flight operations
  • adhere to all FAA-mandated safety procedures and company service standards
