- no prior flight experience required
- availability for flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
- completion of 6-week paid training program
- ability to pass FAA medical and background checks
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- commitment to safety and customer care

Job Duties
- ensure passenger safety at all times
- deliver exceptional customer service with a personal touch
- greet customers by name and assist with their needs
- manage challenging situations with compassion and professionalism
- perform service recovery to resolve customer issues on the spot
- collaborate closely with inflight and flight deck team members to maintain smooth flight operations
- adhere to all FAA-mandated safety procedures and company service standards
