Job Duties

  • greet customers by name and deliver exceptional customer service
  • ensure passenger safety by following all FAA-mandated safety protocols
  • manage difficult situations onboard with professionalism and compassion
  • perform service recovery to address and resolve customer concerns on the spot
  • collaborate closely with inflight and flight deck crew members to maintain a safe and enjoyable flight
  • assist passengers with boarding, deplaning, and any special needs
  • participate fully in training and ongoing professional development
