Job Duties
- greet customers by name and deliver exceptional customer service
- ensure passenger safety by following all FAA-mandated safety protocols
- manage difficult situations onboard with professionalism and compassion
- perform service recovery to address and resolve customer concerns on the spot
- collaborate closely with inflight and flight deck crew members to maintain a safe and enjoyable flight
- assist passengers with boarding, deplaning, and any special needs
- participate fully in training and ongoing professional development
