Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- no prior flight experience necessary
- must be able to attend a 6-week paid training program in Orlando, FL
- ability to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to stand for extended periods and assist passengers
- flexibility to work in a 24/7/365 operational environment
- positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties
- greet passengers by name and provide exceptional customer service
- ensure compliance with all FAA safety regulations and emergency procedures
- assist passengers during boarding, in-flight, and deplaning processes
- manage challenging passenger situations with empathy and professionalism
- collaborate closely with flight deck and inflight teams to ensure smooth flight operations
- perform service recovery to resolve issues immediately and enhance customer satisfaction
- participate fully in all training and continuous learning sessions
