Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior flight experience necessary
  • must be able to attend a 6-week paid training program in Orlando, FL
  • ability to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must be able to stand for extended periods and assist passengers
  • flexibility to work in a 24/7/365 operational environment
  • positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • greet passengers by name and provide exceptional customer service
  • ensure compliance with all FAA safety regulations and emergency procedures
  • assist passengers during boarding, in-flight, and deplaning processes
  • manage challenging passenger situations with empathy and professionalism
  • collaborate closely with flight deck and inflight teams to ensure smooth flight operations
  • perform service recovery to resolve issues immediately and enhance customer satisfaction
  • participate fully in all training and continuous learning sessions
