Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
- able to complete multi-week paid training program
- willingness to work flexible shifts including reserve assignments
- physical fitness to handle safety equipment and emergencies
- valid legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to pass FAA required certifications and training
- strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation
- certification in CPR, AED, and first aid preferred
- no prior aviation experience required
Job Duties
- manage the aircraft cabin to ensure safety and security of passengers
- enforce all FAA regulations and safety procedures
- complete pre-flight safety checks and cabin preparation
- provide high-quality customer service including serving the First Class cabin
- perform safety demonstrations and monitor cabin during flights
- respond to passenger needs and emergencies with composure and professionalism
- participate in post-flight procedures including cabin sweep and security checks
