Job Requirements

  • no prior flight experience required
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • must successfully complete a 6-week paid training program
  • full availability for shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to pass FAA-required medical and background checks
  • strong physical ability to perform safety duties
  • legal authorization to work in the united states

Job Duties

  • greet customers by name to create a welcoming environment
  • assist passengers with needs and concerns compassionately
  • manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
  • perform service recovery on the spot to resolve issues
  • collaborate with inflight and flight deck crew to ensure safety and on-time departures
  • participate in safety and emergency procedures during flights
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the cabin
