- availability to work day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- ability to attend a 6-week paid training program in Orlando, FL
- ability to perform safety-related duties
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- physical ability to handle safety equipment and assist passengers

Job Duties
- greet customers by name onboard the aircraft
- assist passengers with their needs and requests
- manage challenging situations with compassion and professionalism
- perform service recovery on the spot to ensure customer satisfaction
- collaborate with inflight and flight deck crew to maintain safety and on-time departures
- participate in pre-flight briefings and safety checks
- support emergency procedures and FAA-mandated safety protocols
