Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • willingness to undergo 6-week paid training in Orlando, FL
  • full availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to pass FAA-required medical and security checks
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • physical ability to perform safety and service duties on an aircraft

Job Duties

  • greet customers by name and provide attentive passenger assistance
  • manage challenging situations on board with compassion
  • perform service recovery to ensure customer satisfaction
  • collaborate with inflight and flight deck crew to maintain safety and timely operations
  • adhere to all FAA-mandated safety and emergency procedures
  • maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout all flight operations
  • participate in continuous training and development programs
