Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- no prior flight attendant experience necessary
- ability to commit to flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts
- willingness to complete 4 weeks of paid training in Minneapolis
- ability to meet FAA safety and security requirements
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- physical ability to perform job duties safely and effectively
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- strong problem-solving abilities
- customer service experience preferred but not required
- flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to pass FAA safety and security requirements
Job Duties
- ensure passenger safety during all phases of flight
- provide genuine and attentive passenger assistance and hospitality
- manage in-flight challenges calmly and professionally
- collaborate effectively with pilots, ground staff, and fellow crew members
- participate in ongoing training and emergency preparedness exercises
- maintain compliance with FAA regulations and company policies
- support reserve and on-call flight assignments as required
