Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior flight attendant experience necessary
  • ability to commit to flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts
  • willingness to complete 4 weeks of paid training in Minneapolis
  • ability to meet FAA safety and security requirements
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • physical ability to perform job duties safely and effectively

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • strong problem-solving abilities
  • customer service experience preferred but not required
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to pass FAA safety and security requirements

Job Duties

  • ensure passenger safety during all phases of flight
  • provide genuine and attentive passenger assistance and hospitality
  • manage in-flight challenges calmly and professionally
  • collaborate effectively with pilots, ground staff, and fellow crew members
  • participate in ongoing training and emergency preparedness exercises
  • maintain compliance with FAA regulations and company policies
  • support reserve and on-call flight assignments as required
