Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass background and security checks
  • Must meet FAA medical certification standards
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours and on-call shifts
  • Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to relocate or commute to Minneapolis-Saint Paul
  • No prior flight attendant experience necessary

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of safety procedures is beneficial
  • Willingness to complete mandatory paid training

Job Duties

  • Ensure passenger safety and compliance with FAA regulations
  • Provide attentive and compassionate passenger assistance
  • Manage in-flight emergencies and challenges calmly
  • Collaborate effectively with pilots, ground staff, and crew
  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks and briefings
  • Deliver in-flight service and handle service recovery
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor throughout flights
