Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background and security checks
- Must meet FAA medical certification standards
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and on-call shifts
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to relocate or commute to Minneapolis-Saint Paul
- No prior flight attendant experience necessary
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures is beneficial
- Willingness to complete mandatory paid training
Job Duties
- Ensure passenger safety and compliance with FAA regulations
- Provide attentive and compassionate passenger assistance
- Manage in-flight emergencies and challenges calmly
- Collaborate effectively with pilots, ground staff, and crew
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and briefings
- Deliver in-flight service and handle service recovery
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor throughout flights
