Job Requirements

  • No prior flight attendant experience necessary
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to pass FAA mandated medical and background checks
  • Must successfully complete 4 weeks of paid training
  • Must maintain a flexible schedule for 24/7/365 operation
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical safety tasks required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Willingness to undergo and successfully complete comprehensive training
  • Ability to handle varying work schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Ensure passenger safety during flights
  • Provide attentive and genuine passenger assistance
  • Manage in-flight challenges with professionalism and calmness
  • Collaborate effectively with pilots, ground staff, and fellow crew members
  • Deliver high-quality hospitality and service recovery
  • Participate in mandatory training and comply with FAA regulations
  • Maintain a flexible schedule for day, night, weekend, and on-call shifts
