Job Requirements
- No prior flight attendant experience necessary
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass FAA required medical examinations
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications
- Must be able to lift weight as required by FAA regulations
- Willingness to work flexible schedules in a 24/7/365 operation
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to participate in all required training sessions
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and customer service
Job Duties
- Ensure passenger safety and compliance with FAA regulations
- Provide attentive and compassionate passenger assistance and hospitality
- Manage in-flight challenges calmly and professionally
- Collaborate effectively with pilots, ground staff, and fellow crew members
- Conduct safety demonstrations and emergency procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and service improvement
- Be prepared to work flexible schedules including day, night, weekend, and reserve shifts
