Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years
- ability to pass FAA medical certification
- completion of 4 weeks paid training
- availability to work flexible schedules including on-call shifts
- no prior flight attendant experience required
- valid passport or ability to obtain one for international flights
- strong physical stamina
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- strong problem-solving abilities
- customer service experience preferred
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- ensure passenger safety and security during flights
- provide attentive and genuine passenger assistance
- manage in-flight challenges with professionalism and compassion
- collaborate effectively with pilots, ground staff, and other crew members
- conduct safety demonstrations and emergency procedures
- maintain communication with team members throughout the flight
- assist with boarding and deplaning processes
