- customer service experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- ensure passenger safety onboard
- deliver attentive and compassionate passenger service
- manage in-flight emergencies and challenges calmly
- collaborate effectively with pilots, ground staff, and fellow crew members
- participate in training and safety drills
- prepare cabin and secure safety equipment
- respond to on-call duties as required
