Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- No prior flight attendant experience required
- Must complete 4 weeks of paid training
- Ability to maintain flexibility for 24/7 operational schedules
- Must be able to pass background checks and FAA medical requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and on-call shifts
Job Qualifications

- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Ensure passenger safety and compliance with FAA regulations
- Provide attentive and compassionate passenger assistance
- Manage in-flight challenges with a calm and professional demeanor
- Collaborate closely with pilots, ground staff, and crew members
- Perform pre-flight safety checks and briefings
- Assist during emergency situations and evacuations
- Deliver quality in-flight service and support
