Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior flight attendant experience required
  • Must complete 4 weeks of paid training
  • Ability to maintain flexibility for 24/7 operational schedules
  • Must be able to pass background checks and FAA medical requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and on-call shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Ensure passenger safety and compliance with FAA regulations
  • Provide attentive and compassionate passenger assistance
  • Manage in-flight challenges with a calm and professional demeanor
  • Collaborate closely with pilots, ground staff, and crew members
  • Perform pre-flight safety checks and briefings
  • Assist during emergency situations and evacuations
  • Deliver quality in-flight service and support
