Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior aviation experience required
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to handle stressful situations calmly
  • availability for flexible and irregular schedules
  • willingness to relocate or commute to training in Dallas, Texas
  • ability to obtain FAA certification
  • legal authorization to work in the united states
  • compliance with all federal aviation regulations

Job Qualifications

  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • CPR and first aid certification or willingness to obtain

Job Duties

  • perform pre-flight safety checks and prepare the cabin for passengers
  • greet and assist passengers during boarding
  • conduct safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with FAA regulations
  • respond to passenger needs and provide exceptional in-flight service
  • manage emergency situations calmly and effectively
  • facilitate safe and orderly post-flight deplaning
  • participate in ongoing training and maintain certification standards
