Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- no prior aviation experience required
- strong customer service skills
- ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- availability for flexible and irregular schedules
- willingness to relocate or commute to training in Dallas, Texas
- ability to obtain FAA certification
- legal authorization to work in the united states
- compliance with all federal aviation regulations
Job Qualifications

- strong background in customer service
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- CPR and first aid certification or willingness to obtain
- ability to pass FAA written and practical exams
- fluency in English

Job Duties
- perform pre-flight safety checks and prepare the cabin for passengers
- greet and assist passengers during boarding
- conduct safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with FAA regulations
- respond to passenger needs and provide exceptional in-flight service
- manage emergency situations calmly and effectively
- facilitate safe and orderly post-flight deplaning
- participate in ongoing training and maintain certification standards
