Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior aviation experience required
  • ability to pass background checks and drug screening
  • strong commitment to safety and customer service
  • availability for flexible scheduling and on-call shifts
  • successful completion of paid training program
  • valid work authorization for the United States

Job Qualifications

  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to pass FAA-required training and certification
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • willingness to relocate for initial training if required
  • physical ability to perform safety duties and manage emergencies

Job Duties

  • conduct pre-flight safety inspections and ensure all safety equipment is operational
  • greet passengers and assist with boarding and seating
  • perform safety demonstrations and enforce FAA regulations during flights
  • provide exceptional customer service including handling passenger needs and conflict resolution
  • respond to medical emergencies and administer first aid as certified
  • manage post-flight procedures including cabin checks and security
  • remain flexible and available for assigned shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
