Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- no prior aviation experience required
- must be able to complete intensive training program
- ability to pass FAA medical examination
- strong commitment to safety and customer service
- willingness to work flexible schedules including reserve status
- ability to lift and carry baggage as needed
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- strong customer service background
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- certification in CPR and first aid preferred
- ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- FAA certification upon completion of training
Job Duties
- perform pre-flight safety checks and equipment inspections
- greet and assist passengers during boarding
- conduct in-flight safety demonstrations
- provide exceptional customer service including serving snacks and beverages
- monitor cabin safety and respond to emergencies
- manage post-flight procedures including deplaning and security checks
- participate in training and comply with FAA regulations
