Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to pass FAA certification training
  • physical ability to perform safety-related tasks
  • willingness to relocate for initial training in Dallas, Texas
  • valid passport for potential international travel

Job Qualifications

  • certification in first aid and CPR preferred

Job Duties

  • perform safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with FAA regulations
  • assist passengers with boarding and seating arrangements
  • manage carry-on baggage stowage
  • monitor cabin environment for safety and security
  • provide exceptional customer service including conflict resolution
  • respond to medical and security emergencies
  • conduct post-flight cabin checks and report issues
