Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No previous aviation experience required
- Must be able to pass FAA certification exams
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Must successfully complete paid training program in Dallas
- Ability to pass background and security checks
- Must be physically able to perform duties including lifting and standing for long periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse passengers
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Certification in CPR and first aid preferred
- Knowledge of FAA safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Perform pre-flight safety checks and briefings
- Assist passengers during boarding and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Conduct in-flight safety demonstrations and respond to passenger needs
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the flight
- Manage emergency situations including medical and security incidents
- Coordinate with flight crew to maintain cabin safety and comfort
- Participate in post-flight duties including cabin security checks and reporting
