Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- no prior aviation experience required
- strong customer service background
- ability to pass background check and drug screening
- flexible availability to work varied shifts
- ability to remain calm and manage emergencies
- willingness to relocate for training in Dallas TX
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- ability to pass FAA certification
- CPR and first aid certification
Job Duties
- perform pre-flight safety checks
- assist passengers with boarding and seating
- conduct in-flight safety demonstrations
- provide attentive customer service and conflict resolution
- monitor cabin for safety and security issues
- manage post-flight deplaning and security inspections
- participate in training and compliance exams
