Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Willingness to relocate or commute to Boston area
- Must be able to pass FAA-required medical and background checks
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to required airline standards
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Must legally be eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and show compassion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to complete extensive training program successfully
- Capability to remain calm and make quick decisions during emergencies
- Passion for working in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not required
Job Duties
- Ensure passenger safety and comply with FAA safety regulations
- Greet and assist customers personally and professionally
- Manage challenging situations with compassion and service recovery
- Collaborate closely with Inflight and Flight Deck teams to maintain flight safety and service quality
- Conduct safety demonstrations and emergency procedures as required
- Support boarding, deplaning, and overall customer service efforts during flights
- Maintain a positive and flexible attitude to accommodate varying schedules and flight demands
