Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Willingness to relocate or commute to Boston area
  • Must be able to pass FAA-required medical and background checks
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to required airline standards
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Must legally be eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and show compassion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to complete extensive training program successfully
  • Capability to remain calm and make quick decisions during emergencies
  • Passion for working in a team-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not required

Job Duties

  • Ensure passenger safety and comply with FAA safety regulations
  • Greet and assist customers personally and professionally
  • Manage challenging situations with compassion and service recovery
  • Collaborate closely with Inflight and Flight Deck teams to maintain flight safety and service quality
  • Conduct safety demonstrations and emergency procedures as required
  • Support boarding, deplaning, and overall customer service efforts during flights
  • Maintain a positive and flexible attitude to accommodate varying schedules and flight demands
