- assist passengers with needs and requests compassionately
- maintain safety and security procedures during flights
- manage challenging situations with professionalism and empathy
- collaborate closely with inflight and flight deck crew to ensure smooth operations
- perform service recovery to resolve customer issues promptly
- participate in training and adhere to all FAA regulations
