Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years
- must be eligible to work in the United States
- pass background check and drug screening
- able to obtain and maintain FAA certification
- must complete paid flight attendant training
- physically fit to perform safety-related tasks
- flexible schedule for irregular working hours
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to pass FAA mandated training
- multilingual skills a plus
- excellent problem-solving abilities
Job Duties
- deliver friendly and efficient customer service
- perform safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with FAA regulations
- respond promptly to passenger needs and requests
- handle inflight challenges with professionalism and authority
- collaborate with pilots and crew members to maintain seamless operations
- ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight
- conduct emergency procedures and provide first aid as required
