Job Requirements
- no prior flying experience required
- successful completion of 6-week paid training at JetBlue University
- full availability for weekend and holiday shifts
- ability to pass FAA mandated safety and security checks
- physical ability to perform job duties
- positive attitude and commitment to safety and customer service
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to travel frequently
- capacity to handle challenging situations calmly
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- greet customers and assist with their needs
- ensure passenger safety and comply with FAA regulations
- manage challenging situations with compassion and professionalism
- perform on-the-spot service recovery to enhance customer experience
- collaborate with inflight and flight deck crew to ensure smooth operations
- participate in pre-flight and post-flight briefings
- maintain cleanliness and order in the cabin
