Job Requirements

  • no prior flying experience required
  • successful completion of 6-week paid training at JetBlue University
  • full availability for weekend and holiday shifts
  • ability to pass FAA mandated safety and security checks
  • physical ability to perform job duties
  • positive attitude and commitment to safety and customer service

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to travel frequently
  • capacity to handle challenging situations calmly
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • greet customers and assist with their needs
  • ensure passenger safety and comply with FAA regulations
  • manage challenging situations with compassion and professionalism
  • perform on-the-spot service recovery to enhance customer experience
  • collaborate with inflight and flight deck crew to ensure smooth operations
  • participate in pre-flight and post-flight briefings
  • maintain cleanliness and order in the cabin
