- ability to pass FAA safety training
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong customer service orientation
- effective communication skills
- ability to handle challenging customer situations calmly
- must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- greet customers by name and provide exceptional inflight service
- ensure passenger safety and compliance with FAA regulations
- manage challenging situations with compassion and professionalism
- perform service recovery to resolve customer issues on the spot
- collaborate closely with inflight and flight deck crew members to ensure smooth operations
- adapt to a flexible schedule including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- participate in mandatory training and development programs
