Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to pass FAA safety training
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong customer service orientation
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to handle challenging customer situations calmly
  • must be at least 18 years old

  • ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • strong problem-solving skills and empathy
  • willingness to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to pass FAA mandated training and safety certification
  • no prior flight experience required

Job Duties

  • greet customers by name and provide exceptional inflight service
  • ensure passenger safety and compliance with FAA regulations
  • manage challenging situations with compassion and professionalism
  • perform service recovery to resolve customer issues on the spot
  • collaborate closely with inflight and flight deck crew members to ensure smooth operations
  • adapt to a flexible schedule including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • participate in mandatory training and development programs
