Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- no prior flight experience necessary
- ability to complete 6-week paid training in Orlando, FL
- flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- physically able to perform safety-related duties
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- greet passengers by name
- manage passenger needs and resolve conflicts with compassion
- ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- perform service recovery to maintain customer satisfaction
- collaborate with flight crew to ensure smooth flight operations
- assist passengers during boarding, in-flight service, and deplaning
- maintain clean and safe cabin environment
