Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior flight experience necessary
  • ability to complete 6-week paid training in Orlando, FL
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • physically able to perform safety-related duties
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to handle challenging situations calmly
  • customer service experience preferred but not required
  • willingness to undergo extensive paid training
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • greet passengers by name
  • manage passenger needs and resolve conflicts with compassion
  • ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
  • perform service recovery to maintain customer satisfaction
  • collaborate with flight crew to ensure smooth flight operations
  • assist passengers during boarding, in-flight service, and deplaning
  • maintain clean and safe cabin environment
