Job Requirements

  • must be at least 20 years of age
  • high school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • minimum of two years customer service experience in retail, hospitality, food service, education, aviation, or social services
  • must be able to sit in a jump seat and fasten harness without modifications
  • must be able to navigate cabin and operate emergency exits
  • valid U.S. or foreign passport with applicable visas valid through at least December 31, 2026
  • legal right to work in the United States
  • willingness to relocate as operational needs require
  • potential base locations include BOS, CLT, DCA, DFW, LGA, LAX, MIA, ORD, PHL, or PHX
  • availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • ability to report for on-call reserve duty at assigned base
  • professional appearance with no visible tattoos, one earring per ear maximum, no facial piercings

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED equivalent

  • ensuring the safety and comfort of every customer while following FAA regulations and company procedures
  • responding with leadership and composure to emergency and non-emergency situations

  • demonstrating adaptability and resilience in handling long hours and irregular schedules
  • adhering to company policies including uniform and appearance guidelines
  • working independently and collaboratively as part of the flight crew
  • providing exceptional in-flight service including serving meals and selling onboard products
  • handling customer-facing situations with professionalism and care
  • operating in diverse global environments across various climates and time zones
