Job Requirements
- Must be at least 20 years of age
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum two years of customer service experience in relevant industries
- Height and weight must allow for safe aircraft operation including ability to sit in jump seat and fasten harness without modifications and navigate cabin aisles and operate emergency exits
- Valid U.S or foreign passport with applicable visas valid through at least December 31 2026
- Legal right to work in U.S and ability to travel unrestricted to all states and countries served by American Airlines
- Willingness to relocate based on company needs
- Available to work nights weekends holidays and extended hours
- Ability to report for on call reserve duty at assigned base
- No visible tattoos
- No more than one earring per ear
- No facial piercings
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 20 years of age
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience in industries such as retail hospitality food service education aviation or social services
- Possess a valid U.S or foreign passport with applicable visas valid through at least December 31 2026
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States and ability to travel unrestricted to from all states and countries served by American Airlines
- Must be willing to relocate based on company operational needs
- Must be able to report for on call reserve duty at assigned base
- Must be able to professionally represent the American Airlines brand in uniform
- Resiliency to remain composed and adaptable in unexpected challenges
- Ability to manage pressure and maintain calm in high-stress situations
- Dependability to show up on time and perform duties with professionalism

Job Duties
- Ensuring the safety and comfort of every customer consistently following FAA regulations and company procedures
- Responding with leadership and composure to emergency and non-emergency situations
- Meeting high standards of dependability and professionalism to ensure on-time departures and seamless operations
- Demonstrating adaptability and resilience while handling long hours and irregular schedules
- Adhering to company policies procedures and performance standards including uniform and appearance guidelines
- Working independently without direct supervision while remaining a collaborative and dependable member of the flight crew
- Providing exceptional in-flight service including serving hot and cold meals beverages and selling onboard products
- Handling a wide variety of customer-facing situations with professionalism and care
- Operating in diverse global environments including various climates and time zones
