Job Requirements

  • Entry-level position with no prior flight experience necessary
  • Must complete a 6-week paid training program at JetBlue University in Orlando, FL
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel frequently including overnight and multi-day trips
  • Must be able to pass background checks and FAA certifications
  • Full availability for flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate attitude
  • No prior flight attendant experience required
  • Successful completion of FAA-mandated safety and emergency training

Job Duties

  • Greet customers by name and provide exceptional passenger assistance
  • Ensure passenger safety by adhering to all FAA safety procedures
  • Manage challenging situations onboard with compassion and professionalism
  • Perform on-the-spot service recovery to enhance customer experience
  • Collaborate with Inflight and Flight Deck crew members to ensure safe and timely flights
  • Adapt to flexible schedules including day shifts, night shifts, red-eyes, weekends and holidays
  • Participate in comprehensive safety and service training programs
