- Willingness to complete FAA-mandated safety training
- Ability to pass background checks and security clearances
- Physical ability to perform safety duties and assist passengers
- Full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset
Job Qualifications

- No prior flight experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and calm
- Willingness to complete 6-week paid training program
- Customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Ensure passenger safety and compliance with FAA regulations
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on compassion
- Greet and assist passengers by name to create a welcoming environment
- Manage challenging passenger situations with professionalism and empathy
- Perform on-the-spot service recovery to resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate closely with inflight and flight deck crew to maintain flight safety and punctuality
- Flexibly work varying shifts including day, night, weekends, holidays, and multi-day trips
