Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to complete FAA-mandated safety training
  • Ability to pass background checks and security clearances
  • Physical ability to perform safety duties and assist passengers
  • Full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior flight experience required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and calm
  • Willingness to complete 6-week paid training program
  • Customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Ensure passenger safety and compliance with FAA regulations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on compassion
  • Greet and assist passengers by name to create a welcoming environment
  • Manage challenging passenger situations with professionalism and empathy
  • Perform on-the-spot service recovery to resolve issues promptly
  • Collaborate closely with inflight and flight deck crew to maintain flight safety and punctuality
  • Flexibly work varying shifts including day, night, weekends, holidays, and multi-day trips
