Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior flight experience necessary
  • ability to pass federal background checks and medical examinations
  • complete 6-week paid training program at JetBlue University
  • full availability for weekend and holiday shifts
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
  • legally authorized to work in the united states

Job Duties

  • greet customers by name and provide exceptional inflight service
  • ensure all passengers safety measures and protocols are followed
  • manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
  • perform service recovery to resolve customer issues promptly
  • collaborate with inflight and flight deck crew to ensure smooth flight operations
  • assist passengers with special needs and requests
  • maintain a clean and welcoming cabin environment
